Subject: Urgent: Incorrect Charge and No Response
Hello,
I was charged incorrectly and have sent two emails without receiving any response. I'm also still waiting for my products to arrive. When I call, the phone number only seems to connect to marketing and then disconnects, which has been very frustrating.
I originally intended to purchase one item but upgraded my order, and I was charged twice. This is not acceptable, and I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication.
Please look into this matter urgently and contact me as soon as possible to resolve the incorrect charge. If I don't hear back soon, I'll need to contact my bank to dispute the charges.
